Tree Equity
EVERYONE deserves the protection, comfort, and beauty of trees in our neighborhoods - no matter where we live. That’s why we are partnering with the Arbor Day Foundation to give away free trees to neighborhoods where they are needed the most.
FAQs

We encourage you to plant your own tree so that you can experience the joy and satisfaction of investing in a greener, healthier future. However, if you are not physically able to plant the tree or need assistance, we will send a volunteer to help you. Just contact us and let us know you need our help!

You can expect the junipers to be around 2 ft. tall and the rest of the trees to be anywhere from 4-6 ft. tall. At this size, they can fit inside most vehicles for transport from our pick-up location. We recommend bringing a tarp or blanket to protect the inside of your vehicle from dirt and debris.

You can sign up and choose your tree on the online reservation portal here: Reserve My Tree
or you can call us directly at 719-225-0650.
Trees will be available for pick-up on Saturday, September 12th, 2026, from 9:00a.m.-12:00p.m. at the Mineral Palace Park Greenhouse.
We will do our best to get your tree to you if you are unable to pick up your tree on this date, however, we cannot promise that unclaimed trees after this date will be saved. You may have a friend, family member or neighbor pick up your tree for you as long as they can provide a copy of the order confirmation email or text sent to you by the Arbor Day Foundation.
